) (Nasdaq: CBMX) announced today that its Acacia Technologies group has entered into its 100th License Agreement for its Digital Media Transmission ("DMT See DSL. ") technology.

Acacia has entered into 59 DMT License Agreements thus far in the fourth quarter, and now has agreements for its DMT technology with companies in the hotel in-room entertainment, and online movie, music, and adult entertainment areas covering in excess of 4,000 websites.

Acacia's DMT technology, which is covered by pioneering patents, relates to audio and video transmission and receiving systems, commonly known as audio-on-demand, video-on-demand, and audio/video streaming, and is used for distributing digital content via several means including Internet, cable television, satellite and wireless systems.
