Acacia Technologies Enters into License Agreements with CA.


NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG)(Nasdaq:CBMX) announced today that its Disc Link Corporation and Diagnostic Systems Corporation subsidiaries, which are part of its Acacia Technologies group, a leader in technology licensing, have entered into license agreements with CA, Inc. covering two patent portfolios. The portfolios relate to portable storage devices with links to retrieve additional data via the Internet, and rule based monitoring.
