Under the agreement, IBM will be able to install Acacia' Technologies' suite of enterprise solutions as part of its AS/400 manufacturing process. AS/400 units are manufactured in Rochester, Minn., and Santa Palomba, Italy. Customers will be able to select from Acacia's three core product lines in a range of international languages.

     Those products are:

-    PRMS(TM) -- an integrated ERP solution for a variety of
     businesses using discrete, repetitive, process or co-existent
     manufacturing process;

-    KBM(TM) -- a comprehensive knowledge-based ERP system
     specifically designed for the custom products manufacturer; or

-    Warehouse BOSS(TM) -- a complete warehouse management system
     covering all aspects of receiving, locating, putaway, order
     management, picking, packing and shipping.

Customers purchasing both a new AS/400e server, and one or more of Acacia Technologies' solutions, will recognize faster implementation times and lower costs.
