NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG) announced today that its Thermal Scalpel LLC subsidiary has entered into an agreement with Boston Scientific Corporation. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas with respect to certain Boston Scientific Corporation products.
