)(Nasdaq:CBMX) announced today it will release its fourth quarter financial results on Tuesday, February 25, 2003. Results will be released at the close of trading on the NASDAQ national market.

A conference call is scheduled for the same day at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern). Paul R. Ryan, Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
