ADX offers a hosted Transaction Exchange Service providing small and mid-size suppliers with a business-to-business e-commerce solution. During the past 12 months, ADX reported transaction volume grew nearly 500 percent.

ADX also announced that they had entered into a strategic partnership with TruServ Corp., the leading cooperative in the hardware and home center industry, to electronically enable its mid-market supply chain.

TruServ's small and mid-size suppliers can send, receive, and archive business documents, such as purchase orders, inventory updates, and invoices, as well as integrate those documents into their business applications, using the ADX B2B e-commerce solution.

ADX-enabled suppliers will be able to outsource their electronic processing needs to ADX, freeing them to focus on their core business. Additionally, TruServ will decrease procurement costs by reducing the cost it incurs processing paper documents from suppliers.

Acacia Research Corp. owns a 5.2 percent interest in ADX.
