 has two seats on Cepsa's board. Under the deal, ADNOC ADNOC Abu Dhabi National Oil Company  provided Cepsa with 60,000 b/d of crude oil for its three refineries but supplies stopped in 1992. The Cepsa refineries are located at Algeciras (180,000 b/d), Tenerife (90,000 b/d) and Huelva (90,000 b/d). Cepsa is a major producer of petrochemicals.
