KUWAIT, Oct 28 (KUNA) -- About 22 out of 100,000 children in Kuwait suffer from diabetes, said Dasman Center for Research and Treatment of Diabetes (DCRTD) on Wednesday.DCRTD Assistant Director General and diabetes specialist Dr. Muneera Al-Arouj told KUNA that an exhibition on the Mediterranean diet Mediterranean diet Nutrition A diet that differs by country, characterized by ↑ consumption of olive oil, complex carbohydrates, vegetables, ↓ red meat.
