AbleSoft Acquires Vantage Point, Launching Integrated District, School and Classroom Management Software Package.


PENNSAUKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2000

AbleSoft, Inc., producer of the popular Teacher's Toolbox See toolkit and toolbar.  classroom management software, has acquired Vantage Point from Word Enterprises of Lancaster, Pennsylvania Lancaster, is a city in the South Central part of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is the county seat of Lancaster County. With a population of 55,351,[1] it is the 8th largest city in Pennsylvania, behind Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Erie, Reading, .

Creating a new subsidiary, AbleSoft Systems, the company will now offer a complete classroom, school and district administrative solution, integrating Teacher's Toolbox with the Vantage Point software. These administrative solutions will continue to be marketed towards charter, private and parochial pa·ro·chi·al
