Abitibi-Consolidated Abitibi-Consolidated NYSE: ABY TSX: A is a Canadian pulp and paper company based in Montreal, Quebec. The network of 19 paper mills, 20 sawmills, 4 remanufacturing facilities and 2 engineered wood facilities, located in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom , Montreal, Quebec, Canada, announced that, together with Norske Skog Norske Skogindustrier ASA or Norske Skog, (OSE: NSG) which translates as Norwegian Forest Industries, is a Norwegian pulp and paper company based in Oslo, Norway and etablished in 1962. , the shareholders' agreement shareholders' agreement n. an employment agreement among the shareholders of a small corporation permitting a shareholder to take a management position with the corporation without any claim of conflict of interest or self-dealing against the shareholder/manager.  for PanAsia Paper Company has been revised following the exit of Hansol Paper from PanAsia in May 2001. The two companies each currently own 50% of PanAsia.
