ABITIBI-CONSOLIDATED CERTIFIED CSA (1) (Canadian Standards Association, Toronto, Ontario, www.csa.ca) A standards-defining organization founded in 1919. It is involved in many industries, including electronics, communications and information technology.  PLUS. Abitibi-Consolidated Inc., Montreal, Quebec, Canada announced its Quebec-West Woodlands Division and Champneuf Sawmill sawmill, installation or facility in which cut logs are sawed into standard-sized boards and timbers. The saws used in such an installation are generally of three types: the circular saw, which consists of a disk with teeth around its edge; the band saw, which  are the first in Quebec to be certified by the Canadian Standards Association See CSA.  (CSA) under standard CSA PLUS 1163--Chain of Custody for Forest Products Originating from a Defined Forest Area Registered to CAN/CSA-Z809.
