"Controlling the wireless spend through telecom expense management is just one element of a sound mobility strategy. Rising wireless costs are only one component of the wider challenges faced by businesses struggling to manage the increasingly complex blend of mobile devices, applications and services through which mission-critical information now flows. Our clients have reaped significant tangible benefits from adopting a complete managed mobility solutions package and are achieving similar results to Aberdeen's "Best in Class" Performers."

"Before implementing the Integrated Mobile solution we spent an exorbitant number of hours every month trying to efficiently manage several carrier relationships, including correcting a multitude of billing errors, trying to manually allocate monthly billings to numerous cost centers, and providing end users with support for their devices," said Dave Cote, Telecom Manager for Stanleyworks. "All of that manual work has virtually been eliminated with the Integrated Mobile solution. With the adoption of a managed mobility solutions program through Integrated Mobile, we have successfully reduced our wireless costs by more than 40%."
