On October 11, ABC-Naco and its subsidiaries voluntarily filed for reorganization under Chapter 11. The filing does not include subsidiaries or joint ventures in Canada, Mexico, Scotland, Sweden, Portugal or China. Electron, including its facility in Blackwell, Oklahoma Blackwell is a city in Kay County, Oklahoma, located at the intersection of U.S. Route 177 and Oklahoma State Highway 11 along Interstate 35.
