Employees ranging from operators to senior management of the bank's wholesale remittance division were interviewed about their learning preferences, current procedures and training tips. The results of these interviews helped to shape the RemittPro program. Additionally, Bell Atlantic recently chose Abby's RemittPro system for training in its three remittance processing centers located in Hunt Valley, Md.; Cranford, N.J.; and Menands, N.Y.

RemittPro includes an on-line manual accessible through the help function and a glossary A term used by Microsoft Word and adopted by other word processors for the list of shorthand, keyboard macros created by a particular user.
