Abbott Announces FDA Approval of New Omnicef(R) (Cefdinir) Oral Suspension Dosage for Pediatric Use.

Abbott Laboratories announced today that a new FDA-approved 250mg/5mL dosing option of the antibiotic Omnicef(R) (cefdinir) Oral Suspension (OS) is available for use in pediatric pediatric /pe·di·at·ric/ (pe?de-at´rik) pertaining to the health of children.
