Earnings per share on a primary share basis were $0.59 and $0.29, respectively. Revenue for the fourth quarter 1994 was $121.4 million, up 40% from $86.7 million, for the comparable period a year ago.

Net income for fiscal 1994 increased 50% to $19.2 million, or $1.38 per share, based on 16,037,000 fully diluted shares outstanding, compared with 1993 net income of $12.8 million, or $1.30 per share, on 12,450,000 fully diluted shares outstanding. On a primary share basis, earnings per share were $1.55 and $1.53, respectively. Revenue for the year increased to $439.2 million, a 58% increase over 1993 revenue of $278.5 million.
