This phase of the program will continue until mid December and will consist of approximately 7,500 metres of diamond drilling. The focus of this phase will be to test the deep targets below the Ajax pits as well as the targets below the preliminary resource on the Rainbow and DM zones. The Ajax pits are located along the haul road approximately 5 kilometres southeast of the Rainbow zone and 10 kilometres from the Afton mill facilities. The two pits were mined by Teck Corporation up until 1997 and were the second largest producing pits in the Afton camp, after the main Afton pit. Doug Fulcher, President of the Company states, "After an aggressive drill program of over 30,000 metres in 2004 that highlighted the initial resource on the Rainbow and DM zones we are very pleased to get drilling again on the Afton project.
