Aarow Inaugurates Internet Marketing Program.

Aarow Environmental Group, Inc. of Rogers, Arkansas (OTC BB: AARO) has launched a retail and internet marketing program for its organic fertilizer according to company president Fred Shefte. The site, expected to be completely functional by January 30, 2000, is www.organical.com.

Shefte, explaining how Aarow managed to penetrate the retail marketplace, said, "We've entered into a license agreement with OrganiCal, Inc. in which we have acquired the rights to OrganiCal's product Ever-Rich(TM) All Natural Organic Fertilizer. The license agreement provides Aarow with the vehicle we need to market our fertilizers in all fifty states." The terms of the agreement call for Aarow to pay OrganiCal a license fee of 4% of Aarow's net profits from its fertilizer operations. In return, Shefte says that Aarow receives exclusive access to ready markets in all fifty states and agriculture department registrations of the fertilizer product.

Ever-Rich(TM) is an all natural organic fertilizer that is made from poultry litter and a proprietary product that OrganiCal purchases from a related company using a process that drastically changes the smell of the finished product and reduces the impact to the environment. "This process produces the finest organic fertilizer available," according to Shefte.

Previously, Ever-Rich was sold through Wal-Mart, Home Depot and other regional retailers. In addition, Ever-Rich has been sold to U.S. Government General Services Administration agencies. The OrganiCal Agreement includes transfer all rights to the GSA contract and sales. Aarow is administering the new internet and retail operation in a newly created Organical division.

The product will be available in direct mail and internet sales in five pound jars for $2.50 and forty pound bags for $6.50 plus shipping. Shefte says, "Instead of being available only at select retailers, Ever-Rich(TM) will now be as close as a mouse click." Shefte said the website will also offer information of interest to gardeners and farmers alike. "We plan to have more than a kiosk where you buy things - we want people to see us as an information resource."

This new on line sales program follows up on Aarow's recent entry into a contract with Steele Distributing Company www.exporting.com to export up to 50,000 metric tons per month of EverRich.
