) as an associate regional vice president of market development for LFG's employer-sponsored retirement products.

Moore will work closely with employers who have selected Lincoln Financial Group as their retirement plan provider in the Southeast region. He will support LFG's employer-sponsored retirement plans such as the Lincoln Alliance(SM) Program. From plan design to flexible investment options to employee education, Lincoln offers a full menu of valuable services in one package. Moore will work directly with employers to develop and create awareness campaigns, group meetings, employee communications, payroll stuffers and educational seminars. He also will direct all levels of individual employee retirement counseling, ranging from the fundamentals of investing to complete financial plans.

Moore joined Lincoln in March 1999 as a career agent, working primarily in the K-12 and non-profit marketplace. Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as a comprehensive financial planner with American Express Financial Advisors.
