The listing on the O-list entails a transfer of AarhusKarlshamn from the marketplace First North in accordance with what has been communicated earlier. No new shares in AarhusKarlshamn will be issued in connection with the listing. The shares will be traded on the O-list commencing on the 11 September 2006 under the short name AAK. The size of a round lot is set at 100 shares. Transfer from the O-list to the new pan-Nordic OMX-list is expected to occur automatically on 2 October 2006.
