The prime minister, Rasizadeh keeps a low profile. He concentrates
on the economy and administrative matters. It used to be speculated
that, after the August 2002 referendum referendum, referral of proposed laws or constitutional amendments to the electorate for final approval. This direct form of legislation, along with the initiative, was known in Greece and other early democracies. , Rasizadeh would be replaced by
Ilham Aliyev Aliyev (sometimes spelled Aliev, from Azerbaijani: Əliyev, Russian: Алиев, ), Aliyeva after the presidential elections.
