AZCO Mining, Inc. (AMEX:AZC), an industrial minerals, mining and metals company, today announced that it will hold a conference call open to shareholders and members of the investment community today, August 15, 2002 at 4:15 P.M. EDT.

Lawrence Olson, AZCO Mining's President and Chief Executive Officer, will be the lead presenter on the call and will be updating the public on the Company's progress, as well as the status of current mining projects.
