AYR GET IT OFF PAT; Veteran McGinlay hits two as United sink struggling Saints; AYR UTD 4 ST MIRREN 1.

VETERAN midfielder was again the hero for Ayr as he scored twice to help his side to a 4-1 win over struggling St Mirren.

McGinlay, who hit the Honest Men's equaliser in the Cup quarter-final at Tannadice on Saturday, hit the first and fourth strikes.
