RUTHERFORD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2001

AXS-One Inc. (AMEX:AXO), a leading global provider of e-business solutions, today announced that it was awarded a license and maintenance contract from a major international banking organization, in excess of $1.5 million. The agreement includes licenses for the AXS-One line of foundation applications, as well as for one of AXS-One's Internet solutions. The deal was signed at the end of January 2001 and mentioned as part of the press release dated January 31, 2001.
