AXS-One Inc. (AMEX:AXO) today announced that it will release its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2002 on January 30, 2003 after market close. John Rade, president and chief executive officer, will host a conference call for institutional investors with a simultaneous webcast for all interested parties to discuss the company's results at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time January 30, 2003.

Interested parties may submit questions that they would like answered during the conference call by email to [e-mail].
