AXIS Specialty Announces Completion of Acquisition.

AXIS Specialty Limited announced today the completion of its acquisition of Royal and SunAlliance Personal Insurance Company.

The company which will be renamed AXIS Reinsurance The contract made between an insurance company and a third party to protect the insurance company from losses.
