AXCESS Inc. (Nasdaq:AXSI) announced today that it is in full production, fulfilling orders for its LANcam network digital video camera recently released at the September ASIS 1. ASIS - Application Software Installation Server.

The camera, just 6 inches long, comes in a standard security form factor for both installation and interchanging C(/CS)-mount lenses. The compression and (10/100baseT) Ethernet local area network (LAN) cards are built-in for a direct RJ-45 connection to CAT5 cable. In addition, a BNC (hardware) BNC - A connector for coaxial cable such as that used for some video connections and RG58 "cheapernet" connections. A BNC connector has a bayonet-type shell with two small knobs on the female connector which lock into spiral slots in the male connector when it is twisted  analog output connection is provided for simultaneous video transmission over coax. Other features include: a unique bandwidth throttle to dynamically tune the video frame rate and bandwidth consumption; black and white options; and alarm input and output control relays.

In addition to a complete line of digital CCTV offerings, AXCESS provides active RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) A data collection technology that uses electronic tags for storing data.
