AXCESS Inc. Announces Partnership Agreement with Arlington Computer Products.

AXCESS Inc. (Nasdaq:AXSI), a leading provider of asset management products and solutions, announced today that it has partnered with Arlington Computer Products, a leading Information Technology solutions provider. ACP - Algebra of Communicating Processes
 is based in Chicago, IL and distributes the AXCESS Inc. products nationally out of their Atlanta, GA facility.

ACP will distribute and sell the complete AXCESS line of ActiveTag(TM) network-based automatic identification and monitoring products, as well as AXCESS' Prism Video(TM) line of networked digital video devices. In the distributor agreement, valued at $1,000,000 over the next 18 months, ACP will provide AXCESS products to their Fortune 1000 clients as well as to their IT reseller An organization that sells hardware and software to the general public. Resellers purchase products from software publishers and hardware manufacturers.  and integrator network.
