AXCESS Inc. (Nasdaq:AXSI), a leading provider of network-based asset productivity solutions, announced today a distribution agreement with communications distributor, Anixter International (NYSE:AXE). The agreement sets forth terms under which Anixter will distribute AXCESS' ActiveTag(TM) and Prism Video(TM) lines throughout its global distribution network as a certified business partner.

Anixter will distribute and sell the complete AXCESS line of Prism Video networked digital video devices, as well as AXCESS' ActiveTag network-based automatic identification and monitoring products.
