Innovative Colocation Provider to Utilize Technology

to Offer Unprecedented Security and Service

AXCESS Inc. (Nasdaq:AXSI), a leading provider of asset management systems, announced today that Tulsa-based Neutralis, L.L.C. will be installing AXCESS' ActiveTag(TM) and Prism Video(TM) products in its high-tech colocation center See co-location center.  in Tulsa, Oklahoma Tulsa is the second-largest city in the state of Oklahoma and 45th-largest in the United States. With an estimated population of 382,872 in 2006,[1] it is the principal municipality of the Tulsa Metropolitan Statistical Area, a region of 897,752 residents projected to . Neutralis will be installing the two integrated product lines throughout the 18,000 square foot facility, utilizing the structure's extensive Ethernet infrastructure.

Included on the streaming network video side of the project will be AXCESS' LANcam(TM), a network-ready camera; the LANcorder(TM), digital video recorder See DVR. ; and LANconnect(TM), a lightweight analog-to-digital video transmitter that will be used to control pan/tilt/zoom cameras over the network. Monitoring will be carried out by an in-house central station, with the additional capability of customer look-in over the Internet.

AXCESS' ActiveTag system will be implemented to provide server and cage-level security of the facility's many critical IT assets. The ActiveTag wireless sensors will be attached to servers and cages, allowing for real-time, automated monitoring of location status, open/close status and temperature levels. The utilization of AXCESS' Personnel Tags will allow service technicians and other personnel to be "linked" to specific assets -- thereby granting authority to move specific assets without generating an alarm.

Neutralis will be the first in the industry to implement AXCESS' OnlineSupervisor service. The service will offer customers the ability to view, over the Internet, data gathered by the ActiveTag product as well as live or recorded video. Customers will be able to create customized "dashboards" within the browser-based format, allowing them view specific information on their assets.
