AWT SUBSIDIARY TO PROVIDE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TO KELLY AIR FORCE BASE
 BRANCHBURG, N.J., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Metcalf & Eddy, a subsidiary of Air & Water Technologies Corporation (AMEX: AWT) has been awarded a contract with the San Antonio Air Logistics Center to provide environmental, architectural and engineering services at Kelly Air Force Base, Texas. The task order contract has a maximum value of $24.9 million over three years.
 The company will provide services at the base to address current regulations, including the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Responsibility, Compensation and Liability Act. Several RCRA and CERCLA remediation programs are already in place at sites on the base.

"This contract award confirms Metcalf & Eddy's position as the leading supplier of remediation and other environmental services in the country."
 The contract is valid for one year with an option to renew for two one-year periods.
