AWR Partners with Rohde & Schwarz to Offer Superior Design Flow; Rohde & Schwarz Expands AWR's European Sales Channel Providing High-Frequency EDA Design Solutions in Europe.

(AWR(R)), a leading provider of high-frequency electronic design automation (EDA) tools, today announced that it is teaming with Rohde & Schwarz, a company with an international presence in the fields of test and measurement (T&M), information technology, and communications. The partnership will offer test solutions using Rohde & Schwarz high-specification T&M instruments with AWR software. These solutions provide seamless bi-directional transfer of data between instruments and EDA software, as well as provide the unique ability to use measured data in place of models when simulating complex systems. In addition, Rohde & Schwarz will strengthen the AWR sales channel by providing Microwave Office(R) and Visual System Simulator(TM) (VSS) design solutions throughout Europe.
