Frances Wallach, Ed.D., president of Total Recreation Management Services, Inc., has received a 2000 American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM ASTM abbr. American Society for Testing and Materials ) Award of Merit from ASTM Committee F15 on Consumer Products. The title of Fellow accompanies the award, which is the highest Society award granted to an individual member for distinguished service and outstanding participation in ASTM technical committee activities. Dr. Wallach was cited for meritorious service, specifically for leadership of and technical contributions on Public Playground Equipment. Dr. Wallach, a resident of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
