Tom Ryan (born August 3 1986), who plays under the pseudonym Ogre 2, is a professional gamer from Pickerington, Ohio, USA.
, former senior vice president of Engineering with AVT's MediaLinq Services Group, has accepted the position of Chief Technology Officer at AVT.

Most recently Ryan was Vice President of Engineering at Cruel World, an Internet based recruiting and placement firm. Previously, he served in executive roles at both Apple Computer Inc. and Hewlett Packard.

"The combination of Brad and Joe's in-depth knowledge and market experience, and Tom Ryan's technical expertise and vision, will be valuable as the company continues to grow and evolve," Anastasi said.

Max Anhoury, current senior vice president of DESG will become interim president effective January 1, 2001. Anhoury, who is also the former president of AVT's CommercePath Software Group, assumes day-to-day responsibilities.

"We are extremely fortunate to have an executive of Max Anhoury's abilities to step into the day-to-day management of DESG. He brings a great deal of energy and knowledge to the role," added Anastasi.

Since Anastasi joined the company as chief executive officer in November, he has focused on developing and driving the company's strategic direction for 2001. Anastasi said he would begin to outline some of those plans during AVT's quarterly earnings conference call on January 25, 2001.
