AVL Global Acquires Breakthrough Power Conservation Technology & Initiates Tests with World's Second Largest Contract Laptop Computer Manufacturer.

(OTC:AVLL) announced today that it has signed an Exclusive licensing agreement to acquire an advanced thermal energy conservation technology with virtually limitless potential consumer applications. Recent tests conducted by the Taiwan Institute of Technology confirmed the unique ability of the device to act as a cooling unit. Requiring no power and activating purely on temperature change, it is believed that the unit could increase the battery life of the typical notebook computer by as much as 30%. Other revolutionary savings offered by this device could involve cooling systems for homes and warehouses.

Compal Electronics, Inc. (Taiwan Trading Symbol: 2324.TW), the world's second-largest contract laptop computer maker with over $4 Billion in annual revenue, whose customers include Dell (NYSE: DELL), Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), and Toshiba, has asked AVL Global to integrate the unit into their system for testing and potential implementation in the spring production run. AVL is also in confidential discussions with a major North American computer manufacturer for similar applications. AsiaCom, Inc., a leading manufacturer of telecommunications equipment, is also testing the unit.
