AVEO Pharmaceuticals Closes $53 Million in Series D Funding.


CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- AVEO Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of novel, targeted cancer medicines, today announced that it has closed a $53 million Series D financing. Proceeds from this financing will be used to accelerate the development of AVEO's pipeline of novel, clinical-stage cancer therapies.
