AVCOM and GraphOn -- GOJO -- Team Up to Power WebHarbor.com's MyIntranet ASP Service.

CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 1999--

GraphOn Corp. (www.graphon.com) (OTC OTC

BB:GOJO) has entered into an agreement with AVCOM AVCOM Avionics Components Obsolescence Management  Technologies, Inc., one of Sun Microsystems' largest U.S. VARs, to license GraphOn's GO-Joe(TM) software as an essential element of MyIntranet(SM), part of AVCOM's comprehensive Applications Service Provider (ASP) service and portal, WebHarbor.com.

MyIntranet's focus is to lower the cost of corporate networking by giving enterprises remote, secure virtual Virtual Private Network (v-VPN(SM)) access using high speed connections to all of their own existing software over the Internet.

Essential to making MyIntranet possible is GraphOn's GO-Joe that provides the speed and flexibility to deliver server-based applications to anyone, from virtually anywhere over the Internet, without modifying the application itself.

GraphOn's thin, server-based software products, GO-Joe and GO-Global(TM), can deliver enterprise-class UNIX UNIX

(R) and Linux applications over the Internet and dial-up connections unchanged to any PC or Java-enabled device or browser.

Using GO-Joe, users do not need to install any software locally and need only click on a designated URL URL

, or web page, to use business-critical applications residing on servers anywhere in the world as though the applications were running on their desktops.

"AVCOM first saw GraphOn's GO-Joe in action when we learned of Sun Microsystems' technology," said Brad Bishop, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of AVCOM. GraphOn is key to the success of the MyIntranet implementation, part of AVCOM's Webharbor.com ASP initiative. GraphOn has the right product at the right time."

"Now enterprises can achieve network efficiency, security and economy this easily," said Walt Keller, president and CEO of GraphOn. "GraphOn's GO-Joe and the iPlanet Webtop from the Sun-Netscape Alliance give AVCOM's WebHarbor.com a powerful lead in the ASP market. We plan to continue to work closely with AVCOM as more enterprises free themselves of the cost and burden of system management by outsourcing their software applications management and deployment through MyIntranet."

According to Stephen Borcich, director of network security products for the Sun-Netscape Alliance, "iPlanet Webtop delivers the virtual private network or extranet on demand capability to AVCOM's MyIntranet, with GraphOn adding the UNIX and Linux application access piece. This makes MyIntranet a very powerful and compelling offering."
