GraphOn Corp. (www.graphon.com) (OTC BB:GOJO) has entered into an agreement with AVCOM Technologies, Inc., one of Sun Microsystems' largest U.S. VARs, to license GraphOn's GO-Joe(TM) software as an essential element of MyIntranet(SM), part of AVCOM's comprehensive Applications Service Provider (ASP) service and portal, WebHarbor.com.

MyIntranet's focus is to lower the cost of corporate networking by giving enterprises remote, secure virtual Virtual Private Network (v-VPN(SM)) access using high speed connections to all of their own existing software over the Internet.

Essential to making MyIntranet possible is GraphOn's GO-Joe that provides the speed and flexibility to deliver server-based applications to anyone, from virtually anywhere over the Internet, without modifying the application itself.

GraphOn's thin, server-based software products, GO-Joe and GO-Global(TM), can deliver enterprise-class UNIX(R) and Linux applications over the Internet and dial-up connections unchanged to any PC or Java-enabled device or browser.

Using GO-Joe, users do not need to install any software locally and need only click on a designated URL, or web page, to use business-critical applications residing on servers anywhere in the world as though the applications were running on their desktops.
