Sumitomo Metal To Distribute Japanese Version

of Remotely Possible/32

AVALAN Technology, Inc., one of the world's leading MS Windows remote control vendors, has signed an agreement with Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd. (SMI), to engineer and distribute their Japanese version of Remotely Possible/32. This development is in direct response to the growing PC market in Japan and the demand for fast remote control software.

The Remotely Possible product family allows for full remote control of any Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and Windows NT (3.51 and 4.0) desktop through dial, network or internet access. With Remotely Possible/32, Version 3.0-J, AVALAN Technology will provide Japanese network administrators, mobile professionals, call centers, help desks and training centers with a smooth, transparent remote communications solution for access to Windows NT 4.0, NT 3.51 and Windows 95 systems. Remotely Possible/32 is the world's fastest remote control software and offers the ability to multi-task, making it possible to view multiple remote PCs from one desktop, or for multiple PCs to all view the same desktop.

Remotely Possible/32-J Availability

The Japanese version of Remotely Possible/32 is currently in development with plans to present the product for demonstration at Windows NT Solutions in Tokyo, December 10-12th. Sumitomo Metals will make available beta copies of Remotely Possible in Japan upon completing of internal testing.
