Rubinstein said discussions are under way for NetForce, a fictional military-style division of the FBI that combats technology-based crime and terrorism, to be turned into a television show and a series of animated books within the next 12 to 18 months.

The concept for NetForce - short for neuro-engineered tactical force - is owned by NetCo Partners, a joint venture of BIG and the CP Group partnership between Clancy and Steve Pieczenik, a former hostage negotiator and crisis manager while a deputy assistant secretary of state.

Rubinstein, a co-founder of the Sci-Fi cable channel, noted the NetForce concept should capitalize on Cap´i`tal`ize on`

NetForce action figures, vehicles and games could be in stores as early as next fall. The line will be previewed at the New York New York, state, United States

The companies did not disclose financial terms of the partnership. Such agreements usually provide for royalties paid to the property's owner based on a scale that varies when targets are reached.
