AUSTIN 0. FURST, CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF INOVISION CORP. ISSUES STATEMENT IN RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES

STAMFORD, Conn., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to inquiries, Austin O. Furst, chairman and chief executive officer of Inovision Corp., said today:
"In my opinion, Bank of America, which inherited our dispute with Security Pacific, has handled this matter fairly and responsibly. Although this settlement certainly doesn't make up for the losses suffered by shareholders of Inovision and its predecessor, Vestron, it does provide Inovision with a meaningful asset. Our mission now must be to determine how best to use this asset for the benefit of Inovision shareholders."
