AUDITIONS OPEN FOR 'TROJAN WOMEN'.

The Antelope Valley
 College's production of ``The Trojan Women'' will be held Friday through Sunday.

More than 20 roles are available, including 15 female, three male and multiple nonspeaking male roles.

Open auditions will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Blackbox Theatre, FA2 130 on the southwest corner of the campus, 3041 W. Ave. K. Actors need only to come to one of these sessions.

Callbacks will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in the Blackbox Theatre.

``The Trojan Women'' will be performed May 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the Blackbox Theatre as the workshop production of the Antelope Valley College Antelope Valley College is a comprehensive community college located in Lancaster, California, USA. It is operated by the Antelope Valley Community College District, with a primary service area of 1,945 square miles covering portions of Los Angeles and Kern counties.  Theatre Arts Department's production season.

Those auditioning should prepare a monologue of approximately two minutes from the work of the following playwrights: Euripides, Sophocles, Shakespeare, Shaw, Ibsen, Chekhov, Sean O'Casey Noun 1. Sean O'Casey - Irish playwright (1880-1964)

Nonperformance scripts are on reserve in the college library.
