AUDIO-TECHNICA U.S., INC. NAMES NEW PRESIDENT

 STOW, Ohio, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Audio-Technica Corp. has announced an international reorganization to optimize its world-wide engineering and marketing programs.
 As a part of that reorganization, Kazuo Matsushita has been appointed president of Audio-Technica U.S., Inc.
 Promoted were Philip J. Cajka, executive vice president and chief financial officer; and Kenneth Reichel, executive vice president, marketing.
 Other officers of the Stow, Ohio audio products firm are Fred Nichols, senior vice president; Jacquelynn Hebrock, vice president, product development; and Dean Slagle, vice president, operations.
 Audio-Technica U.S., Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of microphones, loudspeakers, stereophones, phone cartridges, and audio accessories.
