) announced that it recently fulfilled its contract with Tunica

, Mississippi by completing the installation of its surveillance and security systems at the Tunica Riverpark Museum and the Tunica National Tennis and Golf Center in February.

ATWEC is a high-tech corporation marketing and selling security and safety transportation systems to schools and government agencies. The Company's stock trades on the NQB Pink Sheets under the symbol "ATWT".

The Company has been working closely with the Tunica county government to fine-tune the security technology so that it can be utilized for different government applications.

The Company's CEO, Mr. Alex Wiley, indicated that the Company is now targeting the Tunica County Jail and Courthouse and the Tunica County Community Center for its safety technology. Mr. Wiley also noted that the Tunica Maintenance Department is now evaluating the Company's vehicle tracking solutions, in order to have the ability to track and record all vehicle movement.

The Company expects that the initial success in Tunica will lead to other counties throughout Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama requesting and purchasing the ATWEC security technology during 2004.
