ATWEC Signs National Spokesperson to Endorse KiddieSystems Products.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Former NBA And International Basketball Star Andre Turner Speaks out about Child Safety, Applauds ATWEC

ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: ATWT) announced today that it has finalized negotiations with former NBA and International Basketball star Andre Turner to promote and represent its' child safety products on an international scale.

The agreement calls for ATWEC and Mr. Turner to become partners in the fight to promote child safety and to urge schools to utilize the ATWEC KiddieSystem(TM) product line. Although Turner will receive an undisclosed amount of ATWEC common stock, agreement specifics were not disclosed at this time.

Turner grew up in Memphis, and went on to become a star basketball player for local University of Memphis in the early 90's before moving on to the NBA, where he played for several years. Turner then went on to play internationally for several more seasons, and currently plays and lives in Spain. Turner's local connections, along with his many travels, contacts, and international experience makes him an ideal spokesperson for ATWEC.

It is my fondest wish to bring about an end to these tragic events. My new partnership with ATWEC Technologies and their KiddieVoice(TM) system is the beginning for me to help bring about a solution to such a deadly situation. I will go out and inform people and schools about the need for such security, and I am confident that I can make a difference.
