Gerard F. Murphy, president and chief executive officer of ATS Money Systems Inc., commented "Revenues for the three month period ended September 30, 1994, were $1,581,484 compared to $1,790,731 in the comparable period of 1993. This decrease was primarily attributable to a decrease in shipments of the CP-2000 to existing customers which were not offset by shipments of the new CP-3000 due to delays in the finalization Writing the table of contents (TOC) on a recordable CD or DVD disc. The finalization process ensures that the disc can be played back on most CD and DVD players. See disc-at-once.  of two pilot installations in the retail industry. The decrease in equipment and systems sales was partially offset by sales of the Subsidiary which is commented on below.
