ATS Corporation Awarded Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation My PBA Contract Valued up to $10 Million.

MCLEAN, Va. -- ATS Corporation ("ATSC" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ATCT.OB), today announced that it has been awarded the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation My Pension Benefit Administration ("My PBA") Contract. The contract award has a five year period of performance including the base year and four option years with an estimated total contract value of $10 Million.

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation ("PBGC") was created by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to encourage the continuation and maintenance of private-sector defined benefit pension plans, provide timely and uninterrupted payment of pension benefits, and keep pension insurance premiums at a minimum. Under this contract, ATSC will provide development and maintenance support to My PBA. My PBA is the PBGC web-based self-service center that allows participants to conduct business transactions online, 24/7. My PBA is part of a Service Oriented Architecture ("SOA") using Web Services and SOA Protocol ("SOAP") for integration with other systems.
