ATS Corporation Awarded Library of Congress Contract Valued up to $14 Million.

MCLEAN, Va. -- ATS Corporation ("ATSC" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ATCT.OB), today announced that it has been awarded the Global Legal Information Network ("GLIN") contract in support of the Law Library of Congress ("LLOC"). The contract award has a five year period of performance including the base year and four option years with an estimated total contract value of $14 Million.

Under this contract, ATSC will host, maintain and enhance GLIN.gov and a supporting distance learning program. Currently available in 13 languages, ATSC will add Hebrew and simplified Chinese language support for GLIN.gov in the first contract year.

Congress established its Law Library in 1832. It has grown over the years to become the world's largest law library, with a collection of over three million volumes, covering virtually every jurisdiction in the world. GLIN.gov contains a publicly available database of official texts of laws, regulations, judicial decisions, and other legal sources contributed voluntarily by over 40 countries and international organizations.
