ATROCITY TOLL REMEMBERED.

BURBANK - Holocaust survivor Gunther Katz will speak tonight during Days of Remembrance, the city's interfaith memorial candle-lighting service commemorating the victims of human rights atrocities.

Ministers, priests and rabbis from more than a dozen local churches and synagogues will help conduct the service sponsored by the Burbank Human Relations Council. Survivors and victims of the Holocaust, Armenian Genocide and civil war in Bosnia also will be remembered.

The City Council also is expected to issue a proclamation tonight declaring this the Week of Remembrance.

Days of Remembrance will begin at 7:45 p.m. at First United Presbyterian Church, 521 E. Olive Ave. For more information, call Sylvia Sutton at (818) 842-3935.
