ATR is primarily engaged in technology consulting through the placement of Internet technology professionals employed in the Technology Sector on a temporary or permanent basis. Incorporated in March of 2001, ATR reported revenues of $778,754 in the seven months ended September 30, 2001, and is operationally cash flow positive.

The majority of ATR's current clients are large banks, brokerage firms and blue chip companies.

Building on this early success achieved by experienced and previously successful management, it is the intention of ATR to become one of the limited number of national companies in this highly fragmented, multi-billion dollar industry. A proprietary service based platform is being developed to streamline the consulting and placement process in order to facilitate internal growth. Management is searching out acquisitions in the Technology sector that will provide synergies on an operational level and will also be accretive to earnings. In addition, ATR intends to expand its consulting and personnel services into other high growth technology sectors, such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals. The Company has recently inaugurated a Financial Consulting Group.
