 BB:AATR AATR Air-to-Air Transmit/Receive ) today announced that a majority of the Company's stockholders and directors have approved a corporate name change to BeautyMerchant.com and has initiated trading on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol "BUTY."

The Company also relocated its headquarters from Lauderhill, Fla., to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

Edward A. Roth, Chief Executive Officer of BeautyMerchant.com, noted, "The management and Board of Directors agree that the name BeautyMerchant.com more closely reflects our primary Internet strategy to emerge as a leader in e-commerce of consumer cosmetics and fragrances."

Continuing, Roth added, "Our Web initiative www.BeautyMerchant.com is currently in development and is scheduled for mass market launch in December 1999. Hosted by Earthlink Network, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELNK ELNK EarthLink, Inc. (stock symbol)

), and when fully developed, www.BeautyMerchant.com is expected to retail up to 100,000 products including major brands of cosmetics, fragrances, popular beauty accessories, and hair care products."

According to A.C. Nielson, U.S. cosmetic sales totaled $3.4 billion for the six months ended June 1999 -- tracking well ahead of the $5.7 billion in sales realized in 1998. BeautyMerchant.com, in association with Marketing Magic, has designed a national ad campaign to launch the new e-commerce operation, and is currently coordinating development of the two new International sites -- BeautyMerchant.co.uk (United Kingdom) and BeautyMerchant.de (Germany) -- with Los Angeles-based Meurer Marketing.
